New! HVEF Series High Voltage Diodes Introducing the new HVEF series high voltage discrete diode from Dean Technology, Inc. This extremely fast diode features recovery times less than 20 nS, subminiature packaging and a variety of reverse voltage selections. They are currently available in 8, 10 and 12kV packages with up to 40 mA of continuous current capability. The low Vf, high surge current and high operating temperature range makes this one of the most exciting new products available to high voltage power supply designers. These diodes are available in 2mm by 5mm case size now and will be available in 2mm by 3mm in the near future. These extremely fast diodes are available now! High Voltage Low Inductance Ceramic Capacitor The NY6 series capacitors feature a highly stable barium titanate ceramic structure with discs designed to produce a very high working voltage. These capacitors are manufactured using high quality standards to produce a capacitor that can be used in rf, pulse and high voltage multiplier applications. Standard working voltages of up to 60kVDC are available with dielectric withstand voltages as high as 90kVDC. NY6 series components will be available with Bxn and Y5P dielectrics in voltages from 20kV to 60kV rated voltage with dielectric withstand voltages of 1.5 times rated voltage. Standard part numbers will be available but custom values, voltages and lead configurations will be available on request. Typical lead times are 6 to 8 weeks.
