ABB NCS 305: Engineering the difference
A new open sensor for high current up to 40 kA
The new NCS305 is capable to measure high current from 6 kA up to 40 kA. It can allows you to decrease current density with its 302 mm hole. Result of a several year development plan in closely collaboration with our customers, the NCS305 sensor is a robust product which can enable you to save maintenance and installation time thanks to its new opening system. It has also a compact size compared to existing products.
The brand-new ABB innovation: a 100% electronic solution gives an outstanding functionality, a wide measurement range and a better correction of thermal drift. It can also be used in existing retrofit installation. This product is already replacing shunt product in our customer application.
The environmental approach is particularly noticeable in the production of the NCS range with the reduction of the number of components, use of a low-energy manufacturing procedure and recyclable packing.
